WordPress for Android

We all love Android Smartphones and the mobility we have with a mobile phone that can do whatever we want: visit websites, check mail, check facebook, etc. Would you like to be able to manage your website from your phone ?

Now it’s very popular to tweet from the mobile phone, but that is simple. Managing your website is a complex thing so it needs complex software.

Our favourite CMS developers have the solution: They’ve build WordPress for Android, an Android application to manage your WordPress website.

How good it is ? The 100,000 website owners that already use WordPress for Android means a lot in terms of quality.

Manage posts, pages, approve comments, change settings, everything from a tiny screen. Who thought you can do so much with such a small device. Who thought you can manage your website without a 15 inch screen ?

You can get Wordpress for Android from here .

  1. I think it would be hard managing a site on a smart phone, typing with just thumbs on those tiny keys is hard. I would prefer something like a tablet PC or iPad to a smart phone for that. There are android powered tablets that would be nice to get and are not as expensive as a tablet pc or iPad. I would like a device that would allow me to work on all aspects of my site.

  2. I agree with you that managing a website is hard, but the same thing I said about laptops 5 years ago. I qote what I said: “I will never be able to code and to play on a laptop like i play on a big desktop screen”. Now I am ashamed that i said that. Since i brought my laptop i never turned on the desktop again.
